The incredibly strong son of Zeus is kidnapped by the minions of the underworld in an attempt to give Hades (the god of the udnerworld) ultimate power over Olympus. However, he becomes mortal and lives as the adopted son of an older rural couple who have to face the realization that their son is different and allow him to go forth on his own journey to become a hero and return to his rightful place with his father Zeus and mother Hera as a god. Hijinks ensue.
