An ok movie with a little action. Dealt with addicts and how an addiction can run a person life. The NYPD cop had a gambling addiction which is the result of his destruction. The bike messenger has an addiction with the adrenaline rush that comes with high risk. If it was not for his addiction the bike messenger could earn a lot more money. However, the part of the movie I did not understand is how the Chinese women could work three jobs to come up with all that money while paying for an apartment and going to post secondary school on a student visa? Makes for a good story but in reality I just cannot see how it can be done. In Canada, a foreign student going to post secondary pays about three times the amount for tuition as there are no government subsides. Now I am not sure if a person can work legally in the USA with a student visa but even if she was to work under the table at a lower wage how could she work three jobs and go to school and still pay for her tuition, her rent on the apartment, food to eat, her books, and still have time to study?

really enjoyed this glimpse into a fictional bike courier in the streets of NYC. Although the plot wasn't very nuanced the overall story was pretty good. The stunt riding is crazy and that it happens all on New York's streets is pretty jaw dropping.
Joseph- Gordon Levitt is kamikaze in this film. Hat off to all the other cyclists too.

This movie has it's issues with plot and more but still entertaining and keeps your attention. It's funny in places and keeps a fast pace.

The story if you pay attention is a modified version of an older cycling bike messanger movie named Quicksilver from 1986 staring Keven Bacon. If you enjoy Premium Rush at all check out Quicksilver also.

Never seen a movie remotely like this. Creative and clever. As a cyclist I go out of my way to avoid traffic and this courier is comically seeking it. The crash scenes are amazingly realistic in appearance. Crazy good.

Okay movie, I guess. Somewhat good action, not the best.

Surprised and prepared to be entertained by those crazy messenger bikers in the Streets of NYC. The camaraderie among cyclists and human stories might be tired themes but provided comic, endearing and thrilling elements to the film.

This movie was entertaining and interesting but not one of my favorite for this year. Not too bad---good performance. Very predictable but still entertaining.

A very enjoyable movie. While it was not what I was expecting based on the previews I had seen, I was more than pleasantly surprised by this gem. Yes, it's over the top. Yes, it's a bit cartoonish at times. However, it's a great thrill ride and something original. Outstanding performances all around, and amazing stunt work! It's not going to win any oscars, but if you're in the mood for pure, unadulterated fun, check this one out!

Violence: It's like the biggest cheese it movie ever; but the chase scenes are very realistic and action packed. Maybe too much for some.

Coarse Language: Quite a lot of language actually, so if that bothers you, you might have a hard time with this movie.
